Here’s a Take Away; Take It Away!!  God's character building lessons are everywhere. The Lord is always showing us something new. We just have to have a heart to believe it, receive it, and achieve it!  Begin to truly listen for God's lesson in everything you see, hear, read, sing or discuss. Listen for the Holy Spirit's guidance that, "this is a Take Away." After you receive it, look into your heart to see what needs to be achieved in your life and Take It Awayas they say in the theater! How do I implement this into my life to make me more like Christ?

GOD WILL TEACH US IF WE ASK…and sometimes when we don’t!
Job 12:13  “With God are wisdom and might; he has counsel and understanding."
Psalm 119:66 "Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments."
Psalm 119:73 "Your hands have made and fashioned me; give me understanding that I may learn your commandments."
Psalm 119:105 "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."
Psalm 143:10 Teach me to do your will, for you are my God! Let your good Spirit lead me on level ground!
Proverbs 3:4 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Romans 1:20 "For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse."

Scripture, Quote:

Take Away: what is God revealing, just for you, in what you just heard, read or discussed?

1. What just touched my heart? (What jumped out at me?)

2.  Why did this touch me so?  What could God be showing me about myself that I need to hewn out or nurture in my life!

3.  How can I do this?  (Verses that might help reinforce this new character in myself.)

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable  for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness,. 2 Timothy 3:16 ESV

For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.  Romans 15:4 ESV

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. I Peter 4:8

But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God; I trust in God’s unfailing love for ever and ever. For what you have done I will always praise you in the presence of your faithful people. And I will hope in your name, for your name is good. Psalm 52

4.  What characteristics of God are being revealed that need to be reinforced in my life?

5.   If I implement this charecteristic into my life who will it benefit besides me?

MY BY FAITH LESSONS- Corrie TenBoon survived the Holocaust and shared her experiences for many years after her  release. The most impactful line in her book that put my life on a new path was, "Today I know that such memories are the key not to the past, but to the future. I know that the experiences of our lives, when we let God use them, become the mysterious and perfect preparation for the work He will give us to do."   http://byfaithministries.org/ Our-Journey-Begins.php

My prayer as been; Let me know you more so I can be more like you.

1.  We are created in His image!  God is a God of His Word I need to be a woman of mine.

2.  If this is all I allow you for now, will you still honor me in it? Marriage, Ministry, Health, Finances, Career, Abilities/Gifts etc.  (Turkeys Don't Fly, Do They?)

3.  I’m not finished with you, him, her, or them.

4.  Don’t look for your joy and satisfaction in others! Look only to God! (Make Bricks Without Straw)

5.  Live out His plan and purpose for my life. (Live Life Fully Alive)

6.  Do the difficult on purpose. (Doing the Difficult On Purpose)

7.  God will not share His throne with me.
